Template:Unit Infobox Pikemen are basic melee soldiers, unlocked from the Level 1 Barracks. Like all Barracks units they take up 1 army camp space. The preferred target of Pikeman is cavalry and they get bonus damage against cavalry or other mounted units.
Pikeman are also known as Spearman or Halberdier depending on the upgrade level.

Drop them in a corner to draw out cavalry, while Belisarius tunnels under a wall (works with other troops)
