I attempt to join a game and I see other people getting hundreds of pings. I click I am ready to play and end up getting booted everytime. What am I doing wrong?

Is there a limit on the time you have to do a revenge battle?  the icon is grayed out on a guy that has attacked me twice.  frustrating.

If you change Civilisation do you incur any penalties or is your Army / Buildings etc transposed over like for like? What happens to your pennants?

I'm playing on a Windows PC. I'm just curious what happens when I close the program. When I step away from the PC I'll usually just minimize the window. When I come back, and open the window, it goes through some reinitializing process.

Which got me thinking, if I shut the PC down and come back, does the program know how long I was away, and adjust everything, i.e. build times and if I was attacked?

PS. What really got me thinking about this is I just had a power failure, and I shut everything down before the UPS ran out of battery. Started wondering about what happened while I was "away" (for that 60+ minutes).

I understand that at the start of the season, the crown total of all members is used to determine which league the alliance is placed in. My question is: Do inactive players crowns count toward the total at the end of the season (to clarify, not a player that has recently joined, a player who has had no attacks during the season.) I was certain that I had read that if a player does not attack, that players crowns will not contribute to alliance total at the end of season. If anyone could verify this one way or another, preferably citing the source of info, I would greatly appreciate the effort. Thank you, and Siege On!

How does one earn stars

Hi there siegers,

125 days ago  i created my alliance CASTLE CRACKERS and ever since i tried to get more players in my alliance but i have a hard time inviting players ... seems like the only way to invite players to my alliance is to check if there are players who are not yet in an alliance in the leaderboard (My Empire) section.

Is there another way to invite players?

How do build and gather resources faster

I just broke lvl6, and now it seems that everyone I come up against has the dreaded flame tower.  How to defeat it without trebs would be a great answer to this post.

I have tones of buildigns to build, yet I only build 4 at a time.

In the Defense Logs, I've noticed a curious icon to the right of the hero(s) that looks like a broad yellow up arrow with a dark grey castle superimposed in front of it. Anyone have any idea what it is and how I defend against it?

I attack others on a regular basis (several times a day) but have only had 4 attacks in 2 weeks.  Is my castle that imposing?

I would like to know if the actual skin is fine or no. The last month, I modified the wiki, but not the theme. Maybe it is time to change it.

I can change the colour of buttons/links/header/main. As you can see, the buttons are yellow/orange, links are yellow, the header is dark red and the main colour is dark gray.
